Jason Missildine spent years in senior roles at Microsoft, Connection, and other leading tech companies before founding Intentional Intensity. He operated inside some of the most complex technology environments in the world, leading at a scale where strategy and execution had to stay connected or things broke. He learned what separates AI initiatives that land from ones that stall.

The pattern he kept seeing was the same: companies buying AI tools before they had the infrastructure to use them. No governance. No steering committee. No clear ownership. Plenty of pilots, no production. Leaders who were told to move fast but had no map for what fast looked like inside their actual organization.

He built Intentional Intensity to fix that. The work is direct: assess where a company is, build what it needs, and help leadership own it without depending on a vendor or a consultant who disappears after the deck is done.
